<p>·通常回收率大于90%。可以选择低蛋白吸附的Omega&#x2122;，生物惰性或者GHP膜。</p>
<p>·多种具有颜色编码的MWCO，便于识别。</p>
<p>·由低吸附的聚丙烯构成。</p>
<p>·通过超声焊接密封，防止旁路或者密封故障。</p>
<p>·适合于能够容纳1.5mL管子的标准离心转子。</p>
<p>·未灭菌，在使用前让70%的乙醇过滤，已进行消毒</p>

<p>PALL Biodyne 尼龙转印膜</p>
<p>应用</p>
<p>四种化学成分提供了通用的吸附性能：</p>
<p>Biodyne A膜</p>
<p>（两性尼龙6,6）。可以通过改变pH值来调整膜电势。适用于单探针或多次杂交以及存在本底问题</p>
<p>的应用场合。</p>
<p>Biodyne B膜</p>
<p>（正电的尼龙6,6）。通过高密度的季铵组来增加孔的表面。我们所生产的尼龙膜具有最高的灵敏度，</p>
<p>适用于各种核酸应用。</p>
<p>Biodyne C膜</p>
<p>（负电的尼龙6,6）。可以通过孔表面的羧基组耦合反应来导出。</p>

<p>选择正确的MWCO</p>
<p>MWCO是根据具有已知分子量（以千道尔顿为单位）的溶质保持&gt;90%的能力而给出的额定值。表1给出了某些溶质中不同的MWCO膜的保持特性。对于蛋白质，建议所选的MWCO值比被保持的溶质的分子量低3到6倍。如果首先要考虑流速的因素，那么应该选择MWCO数值处于该范围下限（3X）的膜；如果保持性是首要因素，那么应该选择MWCO数值处于该范围上限（6X）的膜。</p>
